Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Plooti, a writing, publishing and marketing workspace for independent authors. By creating an account or using Plooti, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use Plooti.

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account.

You keep all rights to the manuscripts and other content you create or upload. You grant Plooti only the permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service to you. We do not publish your content or use it to train AI models.

• Connecting an Amazon Ads account is optional. You may connect only advertising accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Plooti reads your advertising data to show performance and suggest optimizations. Changes to campaigns, bids, budgets or keywords are made only when you request or approve them. You remain responsible for your advertising account, its settings and its spend.
• You can disconnect at any time in Settings › Integrations, which deletes your Amazon tokens and synced data from Plooti, and remove Plooti's permission at amazon.com › Your Account › Login with Amazon.
• Plooti is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon, Kindle Direct Publishing and Amazon Ads are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Plooti offers AI-assisted writing, editing and analysis. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; review it before relying on it or publishing it. You are responsible for what you publish.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload content you have no right to use;
• access other users' data or attempt to bypass security or usage limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or overload the service;
• use Plooti in a way that violates Amazon's or KDP's terms and policies.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing period and what each plan includes are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

We work to keep Plooti available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

Plooti is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, royalties or advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

You can stop using Plooti and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to developer@plooti.io. We may end these Terms if you materially breach them.

If we change these Terms in a material way, we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email before the changes apply.
